Cloud move aside, it is solid

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly, and we run forty client payrolls from one place and it never stumbles. No complaints so far.

Pros

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly.

Cons

The new cloud pricing is less clear than the old desktop bands.

Auto enrolment done right

It is ready on day one of every new tax year without fail, and support actually understands payroll rather than reading a script. Migrating years of desktop data took planning, but we live with it.

Migrating years of desktop data took planning.

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly. Only real gripe is that the move to cloud only meant relearning workflows we knew cold.
