Simple HR that just works

The flat per company price means hiring does not push the cost up, and it replaced our holiday spreadsheet in an afternoon. You outgrow the simplicity once you pass fifty or so people, but we live with it.

Pros

Does the basics properly

Reporting is basic beyond the essentials. No payroll, so we run that separately. Looking at alternatives.

It replaced our holiday spreadsheet in an afternoon.

Killed the holiday spreadsheet

Reporting is basic beyond the essentials, and you outgrow the simplicity once you pass fifty or so people. Being UK built, the statutory leave just works, which is about the only positive.

Right size for us

The flat per company price means hiring does not push the cost up, and being UK built, the statutory leave just works. Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included, but we live with it.

Simple HR that just works

Leave and records cover exactly what a small business needs. Only real gripe is that health and safety is a paid add on rather than included.

Predictable price, no per head creep

Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included, and no payroll, so we run that separately. Simple enough that our office manager runs it without training, which is about the only positive.
