Killed the holiday spreadsheet

Being UK built, the statutory leave just works, and it replaced our holiday spreadsheet in an afternoon. You outgrow the simplicity once you pass fifty or so people, but we live with it.

Pros

Being UK built, the statutory leave just works.

Cons

You outgrow the simplicity once you pass fifty or so people.

Simple HR that just works

The flat per company price means hiring does not push the cost up, and simple enough that our office manager runs it without training. No complaints so far.

Pros

The flat per company price means hiring does not push the cost up.

Cons

No payroll, so we run that separately.

Right size for us

Simple enough that our office manager runs it without training. That said, health and safety is a paid add on rather than included and reporting is basic beyond the essentials.

Simple enough that our office manager runs it without training.

Cons

Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included.
