Perfect for a small team

Mixed. The flat per company price means hiring does not push the cost up, but you outgrow the simplicity once you pass fifty or so people.

Killed the holiday spreadsheet

Being UK built, the statutory leave just works, and it replaced our holiday spreadsheet in an afternoon. Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included, but we live with it.

Pros

Being UK built, the statutory leave just works.

Cons

Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included.

Predictable price, no per head creep

Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included, and reporting is basic beyond the essentials. Simple enough that our office manager runs it without training, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Simple enough that our office manager runs it without training.

Cons

Health and safety is a paid add on rather than included.
