Reporting is clean but less customisable than I expected, and inventory is basic, we run a separate app for real stock control. MTD VAT submissions have never once given us trouble, which is about the only positive.

Bank reconciliation is the fastest I have used, a month clears in minutes, and unlimited users means the whole team can be in the books without a fee. The Ignite tier is far too tight, twenty invoices a month is nothing, but we live with it.

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem, and unlimited users means the whole team can be in the books without a fee. Reporting is clean but less customisable than I expected, but we live with it.
