Sharing one audit trail with the accounts made year end simpler, and the pay run posts straight to the ledger so there is no journal to key. No complaints so far.

Works because it is inside Xero
Auto enrolment assessment runs each period without me remembering, and the pension provider connection to NEST just worked. Moving past your tier headcount costs more than expected, but we live with it.

Fine up to a point
The pay run posts straight to the ledger so there is no journal to key. Only real gripe is that CIS lives in the main Xero product rather than here.
