It updates itself for each April without me thinking about it. That said, check the integration with your accounting first and it is built for simple payrolls and we will outgrow it.

Does RTI and auto enrolment fine

Pro is only five pounds a month for up to five staff, and the free Basic tier runs our small pay run at no cost. Smaller vendor with a narrower feature set, but we live with it.
