Right tool for regulated manufacturing

Mixed. Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it, but total cost is far beyond the licence.

Pros

It copes with our order volume where the last system slowed to a crawl, and capacity planning across two sites finally works. No complaints so far.

The interface is dense and new staff need structured training, and the implementation ran to fourteen months. Multi legislation in one instance across three countries, which is about the only positive.
