Traceability was non negotiable

It copes with our order volume where the last system slowed to a crawl. Only real gripe is that not something you buy without a full selection process.

Pros

It copes with our order volume where the last system slowed to a crawl.

Cons

Not something you buy without a full selection process.

Multi country in one instance

Quality control is built in rather than bolted on, and multi legislation in one instance across three countries. Total cost is far beyond the licence, but we live with it.

Serious ERP, serious project

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it. That said, the implementation ran to fourteen months and not something you buy without a full selection process.

Pros

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it.

Cons

The implementation ran to fourteen months.

Multi country in one instance

Quality control is built in rather than bolted on, and it copes with our order volume where the last system slowed to a crawl. The UK partner pool is small so your options are limited, but we live with it.
