Traceability was non negotiable

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it, and capacity planning across two sites finally works. No complaints so far.

Pros

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it.

Cons

The UK partner pool is small so your options are limited.

Handles our volume properly

Multi legislation in one instance across three countries, and capacity planning across two sites finally works. Not something you buy without a full selection process, but we live with it.

Pros

Multi legislation in one instance across three countries.

Cons

Not something you buy without a full selection process.

Right tool for regulated manufacturing

Mixed. Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it, but the implementation ran to fourteen months.

Right tool for regulated manufacturing

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it. Only real gripe is that total cost is far beyond the licence.

Serious ERP, serious project

Quality control is built in rather than bolted on. That said, the interface is dense and new staff need structured training and total cost is far beyond the licence.
