Traceability was non negotiable

It copes with our order volume where the last system slowed to a crawl. That said, the interface is dense and new staff need structured training and the UK partner pool is small so your options are limited.

Pros

It copes with our order volume where the last system slowed to a crawl.

Cons

The interface is dense and new staff need structured training.

Handles our volume properly

Multi legislation in one instance across three countries, and quality control is built in rather than bolted on. The UK partner pool is small so your options are limited, but we live with it.

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it. Only real gripe is that the UK partner pool is small so your options are limited.

Handles our volume properly

Quality control is built in rather than bolted on, and capacity planning across two sites finally works. Total cost is far beyond the licence, but we live with it.
