Good software, partner dependent

Some UK specifics needed configuring rather than working out of the box, and getting the dimension structure wrong at the start is expensive to undo. Dimensions replaced a four segment nominal code structure we hated, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Dimensions replaced a four segment nominal code structure we hated.

Cons

Some UK specifics needed configuring rather than working out of the box.

Right call for a multi entity group

There is no published price, which makes budgeting a negotiation. Implementation cost more than the first year licence. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

The close has come down from twelve days to five.

Cons

There is no published price, which makes budgeting a negotiation.
