Works, with caveats on the entry tier
Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it, and moving from spreadsheets took a weekend and the import worked. No complaints so far.
Pros
Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it.
Cons
Adding employees to payroll pushes the monthly cost up faster than expected.

Does what a small business needs
VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely.
Pros
VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble.
Cons
Some of the AI features feel half finished.

Fine for our size
CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice, and invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably. The interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost, but we live with it.
Pros

Cons
The interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost.

Reliable, if not exciting
