The band pricing has sharp edges

Attachment of earnings orders are supported without a workaround, and we run 240 people on the unlimited band and it does not blink. No complaints so far.

Pros

Attachment of earnings orders are supported without a workaround.

Cons

Still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky.

Handles our 200 plus payroll

Statutory payments calculate correctly every April without fail, and rolling back a pay run and correcting a prior period actually works. No complaints so far.

Pros

Statutory payments calculate correctly every April without fail.

Cons

Still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky.

Reliable through every April change

Statutory payments calculate correctly every April without fail. Only real gripe is that P11D is a separate product and a separate cost.

P11D is a separate product and a separate cost.

The band pricing has sharp edges

We run 240 people on the unlimited band and it does not blink, and the reporting is detailed enough that our auditors stopped asking questions. P11D is a separate product and a separate cost, but we live with it.

Cons

P11D is a separate product and a separate cost.
