Reliable through every April change

Attachment of earnings orders are supported without a workaround, and we run 240 people on the unlimited band and it does not blink. No complaints so far.

Pros

Attachment of earnings orders are supported without a workaround.

Cons

It expects you to know payroll, it will not hold your hand.

Depth you cannot get from cloud tools

Mixed. The reporting is detailed enough that our auditors stopped asking questions, but P11D is a separate product and a separate cost.

Pros

The reporting is detailed enough that our auditors stopped asking questions.

Cons

P11D is a separate product and a separate cost.

Corrections actually work properly

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly. Only real gripe is that the jump from the 25 band to the 50 band is close to double.

Pros

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly.

Cons

The jump from the 25 band to the 50 band is close to double.

Built for someone who knows payroll

Still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky, and the jump from the 25 band to the 50 band is close to double. Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly.

Cons

Still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky.
