Built for someone who knows payroll

Rolling back a pay run and correcting a prior period actually works, and attachment of earnings orders are supported without a workaround. No complaints so far.

Pros

Rolling back a pay run and correcting a prior period actually works.

Cons

Still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky.

Statutory payments calculate correctly every April without fail, and we run 240 people on the unlimited band and it does not blink. No complaints so far.

Pros

Statutory payments calculate correctly every April without fail.

Cons

The year end process is more manual than it needs to be.

The band pricing has sharp edges

Rolling back a pay run and correcting a prior period actually works. That said, the year end process is more manual than it needs to be and still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky.
