The band pricing has sharp edges

It expects you to know payroll, it will not hold your hand. The year end process is more manual than it needs to be. Looking at alternatives.

Built for someone who knows payroll

The reporting is detailed enough that our auditors stopped asking questions. That said, still desktop at heart and remote working is clunky and P11D is a separate product and a separate cost.

Depth you cannot get from cloud tools

Attachment of earnings orders are supported without a workaround, and rolling back a pay run and correcting a prior period actually works. P11D is a separate product and a separate cost, but we live with it.
