Capable, not beautiful

Manufacturing and project accounting in one place suits how we work, and multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. The interface is capable rather than pleasant, but we live with it.

The interface is capable rather than pleasant.

The step up from Sage 50 we needed

It scaled with us from 30 staff to 140 without a replatform. Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers.

Pros

It scaled with us from 30 staff to 140 without a replatform.

Cons

The interface is capable rather than pleasant.

Good mid market fit

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well. Only real gripe is that cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent.

Scaled with us properly

The interface is capable rather than pleasant, and cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent. Multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP.

Cons

The interface is capable rather than pleasant.

One system for stock and finance

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well. That said, outcomes vary hugely by implementer, pick carefully and customisation means upgrades need testing every time.
