Does the job for nothing

The developers answer on the forum themselves, which is unheard of, and sixty pounds a year at the paid tier, not per month, is remarkable. No complaints so far.

Pros

The developers answer on the forum themselves, which is unheard of.

Cons

It is functional rather than pleasant to look at.

Unbeatable for a micro business

No payroll, so we post a journal from elsewhere, and the interface shows its age against Xero. It is genuinely free below a thousand entries and we have never paid, which is about the only positive.

Unbeatable for a micro business

Unlimited users on every plan, which even the paid rivals rarely offer, and over four hundred integrations meant our shop connected fine. No complaints so far.

Great value for a landlord

The interface shows its age against Xero, and bank feeds are a paid extra, though only fifteen pounds a year. Sixty pounds a year at the paid tier, not per month, is remarkable, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Sixty pounds a year at the paid tier, not per month, is remarkable.

Cons

The interface shows its age against Xero.

Dated but capable

Mixed. Over four hundred integrations meant our shop connected fine, but the Power User features sit behind a separate subscription.

Actually free, and it works

MTD VAT returns submit without any drama. That said, it is functional rather than pleasant to look at and the Power User features sit behind a separate subscription.
