Perfect for a driving heavy trade

Receipts scan straight in and the categories are usually right. Only real gripe is that the AI features are labelled beta and feel like it.

Simple, and it files

It detects trips and I just swipe to say business or personal. The Self Assessment view maps to the boxes so January is calm now.

Pros

It detects trips and I just swipe to say business or personal.

Cons

You outgrow it the second you register for VAT or incorporate.

Sorted my Self Assessment

It detects trips and I just swipe to say business or personal, and the automatic mileage tracking has paid for the subscription many times over. There is no balance sheet, my accountant still does the year end, but we live with it.

Pros

It detects trips and I just swipe to say business or personal.

Cons

There is no balance sheet, my accountant still does the year end.
