Cheaper than the big ERPs

Switching on only the apps we need suited our budget perfectly. The one app free tier let us start at no cost.

Pros

Switching on only the apps we need suited our budget perfectly.

Cons

The promotional price and the renewal price are different.

Modular and flexible

The promotional price and the renewal price are different, and a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP. Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform.

Cons

The promotional price and the renewal price are different.

Grew app by app with us

We added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time. That said, the flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort and the promotional price and the renewal price are different.

Pros

We added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time.

Cons

The flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort.

Modular and flexible

Switching on only the apps we need suited our budget perfectly. Only real gripe is that a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Free app got us started

Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us, and we added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time. The promotional price and the renewal price are different, but we live with it.
