Great value, needs a good partner

Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform. Only real gripe is that a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Pros

Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform.

Cons

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Grew app by app with us

Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us, and we added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time. The promotional price and the renewal price are different, but we live with it.

Pros

Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us.

Cons

The promotional price and the renewal price are different.

Great value, needs a good partner

The one app free tier let us start at no cost. That said, the flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort and quality varies across the many apps and community modules.

Pros

The one app free tier let us start at no cost.

Cons

The flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort.
