Switch on what you need

Quality varies across the many apps and community modules, and a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP. Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us.

Cons

Quality varies across the many apps and community modules.

Cheaper than the big ERPs

Switching on only the apps we need suited our budget perfectly. That said, a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP and the flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort.

Pros

Switching on only the apps we need suited our budget perfectly.

Cons

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Grew app by app with us

The one app free tier let us start at no cost, and far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform. The flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort, but we live with it.

Pros

Cons

The flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort.

Great value, needs a good partner

We added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time. Only real gripe is that quality varies across the many apps and community modules.
