Powerful, and a real investment

It scaled with us through two acquisitions, and one version of the truth across the whole business. The customisation that makes it powerful also makes it complex, but we live with it.

Pros

It scaled with us through two acquisitions.

Cons

The customisation that makes it powerful also makes it complex.

Consolidation across our group

The customisation that makes it powerful also makes it complex, and more than a business that just needs finance requires. It scaled with us through two acquisitions, which is about the only positive.

Pros

It scaled with us through two acquisitions.

The customisation that makes it powerful also makes it complex.

Cloud ERP that scaled with us

Finance, inventory and ecommerce in one database ended the integration seams. Only real gripe is that more than a business that just needs finance requires.

More than a business that just needs finance requires.

One system for the whole business

Being cloud native, we avoid the upgrade pain of old ERPs. That said, implementation is a significant partner led project and the customisation that makes it powerful also makes it complex.

Pros

Being cloud native, we avoid the upgrade pain of old ERPs.

Cons

Implementation is a significant partner led project.

Consolidation across our group

Finance, inventory and ecommerce in one database ended the integration seams, and one version of the truth across the whole business. There is no published price and the total cost is substantial, but we live with it.
