Where it falls short

Cost and complexity are substantial. There is no published price, implementation is a significant project with a partner, and the total cost of ownership including customisation and annual licensing runs well into five and six figures. It is a board level decision.

The customisation that makes it powerful also makes it complex, and a poorly scoped implementation is an expensive mistake. Partner selection is critical.

For a UK business whose need is finance rather than a full operational platform, it is more than the job requires, and a dedicated financial management tool such as Sage Intacct may fit better.
