Free with our bank, brilliant

Built for a one person limited company in a way the big names are not, and the tax timeline shows what is owed and when, so nothing surprises me. It does not scale, there is no real stock control, but we live with it.

Pros

Built for a one person limited company in a way the big names are not.

Cons

It does not scale, there is no real stock control.

Made for contractors

Corporation Tax tracks as I go rather than as a year end shock, and it is free because we bank with NatWest, which is hard to argue with. No complaints so far.

Pros

Corporation Tax tracks as I go rather than as a year end shock.

Cons

The app ecosystem is much smaller than Xero.

Ideal until you grow

The tax timeline shows what is owed and when, so nothing surprises me, and dividend documentation is handled without a separate template. Reporting depth is limited beyond the essentials, but we live with it.

Pros

The tax timeline shows what is owed and when, so nothing surprises me.

Cons

Reporting depth is limited beyond the essentials.
