Unlimited users is a real saving

Unlimited users means the whole team can be in the books without a fee. That said, the Ignite tier is far too tight, twenty invoices a month is nothing and the introductory discount ends and the standard price is a jump.

Pros

Unlimited users means the whole team can be in the books without a fee.

Cons

The Ignite tier is far too tight, twenty invoices a month is nothing.

The nicest accounting software to use

The app marketplace connected our stock system in an afternoon. Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem.

Pros

The app marketplace connected our stock system in an afternoon.

Cons

Reporting is clean but less customisable than I expected.

Great for connecting other systems

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem. Bank reconciliation is the fastest I have used, a month clears in minutes.

Pros

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem.

Cons

The Ignite tier is far too tight, twenty invoices a month is nothing.

Solid, with a weak entry tier

CIS calculations for subcontractors are handled properly. The interface is genuinely pleasant, which sounds minor until you use it daily.

Pros

CIS calculations for subcontractors are handled properly.

Cons

Most businesses need to start on Grow, not the headline entry plan.

Fast month end, every time

CIS calculations for subcontractors are handled properly. Only real gripe is that inventory is basic, we run a separate app for real stock control.

Pros

CIS calculations for subcontractors are handled properly.

Cons

Inventory is basic, we run a separate app for real stock control.

Solid, with a weak entry tier

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem, and the app marketplace connected our stock system in an afternoon. The fixed asset register is functional rather than good, but we live with it.

Pros

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem.

Cons

The fixed asset register is functional rather than good.

Payroll included tipped it for us

Mixed. The interface is genuinely pleasant, which sounds minor until you use it daily, but most businesses need to start on Grow, not the headline entry plan.
