Handles our volume properly

Total cost is far beyond the licence, and the interface is dense and new staff need structured training. Capacity planning across two sites finally works, which is about the only positive.

Right tool for regulated manufacturing

Batch traceability is a regulatory requirement for us and it handles it. That said, the UK partner pool is small so your options are limited and the implementation ran to fourteen months.
