Free app got us started

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP, and the promotional price and the renewal price are different. Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform, which is about the only positive.

The one app free tier let us start at no cost, and being open source, our partner customised it to fit us. No complaints so far.

Cheaper than the big ERPs

Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform. Only real gripe is that the flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort.
