Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform, and being open source, our partner customised it to fit us. No complaints so far.

We added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time. That said, the flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort and a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.
