Cheaper than the big ERPs

Switching on only the apps we need suited our budget perfectly. Only real gripe is that a poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Pros

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Great value, needs a good partner

Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us, and we added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time. No complaints so far.

Pros

Being open source, our partner customised it to fit us.

Cons

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

Switch on what you need

Mixed. Far cheaper than NetSuite or SAP for a broad platform, but the flexibility means getting it right takes real setup effort.

Grew app by app with us

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP, and the promotional price and the renewal price are different. The one app free tier let us start at no cost, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The one app free tier let us start at no cost.

Cons

A poorly configured Odoo is as painful as any bad ERP.

We added inventory and manufacturing as we grew, one at a time, and the one app free tier let us start at no cost. Quality varies across the many apps and community modules, but we live with it.
